Simple Workbench

Wood: Legs 4x4 pine/fir construction lumber. Plywood ¾" sanded birch/pine (smooth top). Workbench Cut List: 4x4 pine @ 31.25" x4 2x4 pine @ 60" x2 2x4 pine @ 53" x2 2x4 pine @ 21" x8 ¾" pine plywood 24x60" x1 ¾" pine plywood 24x46" x1 Steps: Cut 4 legs (A) to 31.25". Mark/cut 1.5" deep x 3.5" wide notches on top inner faces (saw + chisel). Cut B rails 60", C rails 53". Pre-drill. Seat in notches. Drive 3" screws through rails into legs. Cut 8 braces (D) to 21". Pre-drill. Screw evenly between long rails as cross supports. Cut top (E) 24x60", shelf (F) 24x46". Pre-drill. Screw E to top frame, F to braces with 2" screws. Flip. Pre-drill leg bottoms. Attach 4 locking casters.
